The previous filename is deprecated.
Found with `RUSTFLAGS=-Wunused-crate-dependencies cargo check`.
And move some to workspace deps to ensure the same version is used in the members.
resolver=2 line added as prompted by the compiler. rustfmt.toml added for editors to be able to handle the syntax.

This works nicely on Linux and Windows (with this patch to make the dialog come in the foreground instead of background): https://github.com/benma/rfd/tree/systemmodal), but on macOS, the rfd dep does not work if there is no main window (neither sync nor async mode work...) 😢 |
